HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Standard, Express + Next Day Shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders under $300. Orders over $300 will be sent as Standard Shipping. 

We love Hawaii & Alaska, but unfortunately we are unable to offer Express or Next Day Shipping to your states at this time.For Standard Shipping, please call for an estimate and expected delivery times. 

All APO/FPO addresses must be quoted via @ INFO@WINKWELLNESS.COM

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Unfortunately, as of August 2019, W!NK cannot ship to Canada.
WHAT ABOUT MY DELIVERY?

When items are in stock & the order is placed before 3:00pm PST, you may expect these delivery times:


STANDARD SERVICE

Delivery will be within 5 business days. Do not count weekends or holidays. Delivery times to AK + HI may vary. 


EXPRESS SERVICE

Delivery will be within 2 business days. Do not count weekends or holidays. Express Service orders can only be delivered to a street address. 


NEXT DAY SERVICE

Delivery will be within 2 business days. Do not count weekends or holidays. Next Day Service orders can only be delivered to a street address.

HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you are not happy with your W!NK purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 5 days of delivery and exchange it for the same product or another product of equal or lesser value. 


All products must be in the condition you received. Vape Pen Cartridges or Disposable Vape Pens are not returnable.


Please note that it takes 7-10 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our location. We will initiate the exchange process upon receipt of your return, and you will receive a return processing e-mail confirmation from W!NK. 


Original shipping costs are not refundable. Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. 


W!NK will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through retail partners or 3rd party retailers. Contact them about a return.
